Stella Raswon adopted William from Windyway she writes

He likes water!
William 17.11.11 008.JPG (1006976 bytes)Let him out for the first time today. Dashed about through the rhododendrums near the back door and a little further afield by the old
summerhouse where there are more rhodos. Good job he is white and I could see him but was relieved when I finally enticed him in with food. I was going to say no doubt he will calm down but Spike had his mad half hours dashing through the rhodos in the front garden. Trees galore. So much enticement. The snip last Mon.has not slowed him down much - in fact the last two nights he has been very playful in the evening when I have more time for observation! I saw two red drops on the floor near his little tray yesterday, alarm, then I realised it was my blackcurrent flavoured glucosamine liquid I had spilled and forgotten to mop up that morning! He's had no problems at all and is now chipped

John Barker and Titch - I thought you might like an update on my amazing Titch. He never begs for food and never ever Photo-0012a.jpg steals. He is respectful, obedient and loyal. He is progressing really well with his dog aggression. He has had some red zone incidents which are difficult to break but he has also had many times where I have managed to correct him before he gets to the red zone. His biggest trigger is dogs which approach him quickly, normally off the lead. Why do people think its ok to let their dogs run up to another dog uninvited? It is ongoing training and will be for a long time but I will persevere because I know he will get better and feel better in return. So will I.

JET
jetHi Windyway
We adopted Jet, the little whippet/spaniel cross in the middle of August. We thought you would like to see some pictures of her and her friend/younger sister Jasmine. Jet settled in straight away, as soon as we got back she used her whippet instincts and just ran and ran around the garden having a lot of fun.
We decided to get a little friend for Jet who was around the same sort of age, so we got Jasmine, a Labrador retriever who is two weeks younger. Jet instantly took on the role of big sister and they have been inseparable ever since, even jetjas

sleeping in the same bed. On walks they both get a lot of attention and are even mistaken for puppies of the same litter, perhaps because they both have a white patch on their chests.
We hope you like the pictures and know that she is a very, very, happy dog.
